I have also sent my blog address to some friends to see what they think of my work. They are good people to look at it as they fit into the target audience so will give me a realistic opinion.

I recently posted my blog address on Twitter to get people to look at my tasks and give me their opinions. I think this is an effective way of getting people to look at my work at social networking is popular amongst my target audience and its a good way to reach them.

I was having trouble deciding which CD design i wanted to use. I made three different designs with different texts and asked people to give me feedback to help me decide which one to use.

In conclusion to this, i decided that i am going to use design 3 as this got the most positive feedback.

Music video feedback

I got a few different people who are in my target audience to give me feedback on my video to help make my final video as good as i can.

Audience feedack questionnaire

I have made a questionnaire and asked people in my target audience range to fill it in to get an idea of what they would like and what they think would be popular amongst that age group.

My results were as follows:

1) The majority of people i asked said female as they thought it would be more interesting, plus there are a lot more females artists out at the moment and they have more freedom with new ideas in their videos.

2) Most people said they liked a mixture of both performance and narrative  This is because the performance highlights the artist and their image. But also the narrative makes the video more exciting and is what makes one video stand out from the next.

3) There was a mixture of answers here but the main two came out as Indie or pop. This is because pop is well known and everyone will recognize the songs and artists. However indie is more unusual and has less strict conventions, meaning they can play around with what they want to create more.

4) The digipak question told me that people like the use of effects and photos. I would like to try and do this for my own digipak as photos will directly link to the artist and effects will give it a professional finish to make it look realistic.

5) The final question had a majority vote for all. This means they think all aspects should be present on the magazine add. However i will position them on the page where i think suitable and where they will be noticed best.
